Is patio door handle 82-030 available for left side use? My old handle broke and was 7 3/8" long,also is this handle compatable with part number 82-086.

The 82-030 can be used for either the right or left hand side interchangeably. It can also be used to replace the 82-086, yes.

I made a mistake asking if the 82-030 was compatable with the 82-086.I meant to say is it compatable with lock mechanism 82-226 My old handle lock lever looked like it was lower and more offset ,it was 45° angle also total length of handle was 7 3/8" long,the 82-030 lock lever looks more centered,would the 82-086 work even if it's longer.lock lever looks like old one.would appreciate any feedback.Thank you.

Ah, I see what you mean. The 82-030 is fully compatible with the 82-226, yes. It also has an adjustable thumb lever that can work for the top, bottom, and middle position, so that won't be a concern.

The 82-086 would also work, but note that it has a fixed thumb lever that can't be adjusted. It would only work if your original handle had the thumb lever in the bottom position.
