Patio door hard to open; need new rollers

I have owned the house for 16 years and have started having trouble opening and closing my patio door. I took the door out and found that the rear roller has come off. I tried to find some information on line but to no avail.
The label is still attached to the door but is worn. The information I can see is as follows:

I don't know if this will assist you in identifying the type of rollers I need (preferrably SS). Please let me know as soon as possible as the door is really hard to open into the back yard.
