Patio door hardware

Mortise lock with pocket, has part # 0895 on the body. Small spring is broken and lach doesn't return out to locking position. 
Because this unit is sealed and just replacing the spring will be difficult,  I was Looking to replace this unit if possible, it's very similar to your 82-229 but smaller in size.  Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
