Trying to find complete set of replacement hardware. existing hardware says Sash Controls Inc Pt. 1963

parts separately that is see might be a match are 82-035, 82-226, 82-310.

I agree that our Handle Set, 82-035 seems like a good match for yours. If the mortise mounting screw holes are 4-5/8 " apart, then Mortise Lock, 82-226 should work as well. The key cylinder, 82-310 is not going to work in the new exterior handle. That is a little different from your original. If you want to make the new handle into a keyed one, you'll need to add  Key Lock and Housing, 82-315. Alternatively, you could probably use your old outside handle and just install a new Key Lock like 32-310.
