Looking for 4 15/16 screw width for a two inch wide door see the exact one on web site but says can only accommodate up to 1 3/8 door

I see you were looking at our 82-080. Was this the handle set you were referring to?

If so, I'm sorry to say that we don't have a version that can work for 2" thick doors. The only thing I can recommend is that you reuse your old screw holes and thumb lever, assuming they aren't broken.

I'm sorry that we can't offer a better solution.
