Hello there!

We may have a replacement for this operator. Before I recommend anything, can you show us a photo of the operator base? That should allow us to narrow down some options.

Is this What you need. We also need the latch for the door

This is odd. The operator shown here is designed for an awning window, not a door. The 39-140 resembles what you have here but this type of operator is designed to use the 39-170 and 39-177 sash brackets which screw to the sash. It looks like someone rigged the operator to use some kind of DIY linkage in your second photo.

I'm not sure what latch you're referring to though. Could you show us a photo of that or clarify what you mean?

Thanks Emily,

This is the original operator, however it broke and I added a diy so it would not blow open in the wind! I was referring to the sash bracket when I said latch. So I need the crank arm 39-140 and the corresponding sash bracket.....correct?

Could we just get both of the sash brackets just in case!

Oh gotcha, thanks for clarifying that for me! Yes, if your old operator's specifications match ours, you'd want the 39-140 and either the 39-170 or 39-177 bracket depending on the original. You can place an order for these parts on our website at your convenience!
