I need just the door lock keeper that has the active spring keeper. As you can see in one of the photos, the keeper has been damaged beyond repair. I do not know the name of the door manufacturer or the lock manufacturer

Hello there. I am afraid I don't recognize this handle set at first glance. Can you show me the mortise lock in the door that works with these parts? Can you tell me the hole spacing, center-to-center, on the handle set? That will help narrow things down.
