Patio door hardware replacement

I am looking to replace my patio door hardware of a home I recently purchased. The only thing I can find is a sticker that has the following information.
606913.001
PPD6FR
101901-48A 23

The door handle is an odd measure t of 6-1/4" mounting holes.

Hey there!

Thank you for bearing with us during our busy season. Hmm, I'm not familiar with this handle, but that installation hole center spacing is indeed odd. Can you show us a photo of the mortise lock? I can't promise we'll have a suitable replacement but that should help with our search.
