Upper is lock on on side and flat handle pull.
Lower is a pull with handle on one side and a flat handle pull on the other .

The flat handle pull in last picture

the length of the lock is 8" Upper inside of door the pull on outside for both upper and lower is picture one .

Thanks for posting. The mortise lock looks like our 82-218. This works with handle sets that have a hole spacing, center-to-center, of 3-15/16". Please double-check your measurements. Our 82-020 could work as a replacement. Let me know if you have other questions.
