We are trying to locate hardware for a door.
Hopefully you can help. Below is some info. If you need more please let me know.
5.5 from center of bolt to center of the bottom part. Each of those plates is 2.25" long. And these are 2.875" long each.
10.25" tall and 1 7/8" wide. Might be able to get away with a replacement lever (or knob) and latch.

Unfortunately, we are not able to recommend replacement hardware for the type of patio door handle set you have.
I recommend contacting the door manufacturer or perhaps a local hardware store, like Home Depot or Lowe's.
