Would you know what latch and handle belongs on the door. The latch is missing and this is not the correct handle

We do offer the 82-030 handle set, which I believe could work for your door as long as the 3-15/16" installation holes match up to yours. With that being said, we can't determine the mortise lock that would work for your door without seeing the original. It also looked like part of the door frame that the mortise would attach to is missing, which is not something that we can supply. If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to the door manufacturer directly to discuss your repair options.
