Patio door latch

I am not able to find a replacement nor a set to fix the handle latch.

We have to use a screwdriver to pull the hook to locked the door. We are in need of your assistance. Where can I find it? Checked Lowes ? Outdoor supply hardware ? & nothing ?.

If the mortise lock is the only broken part, I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 82-244 mortise lock and keeper to your assembly. Thanks for posting!
