I'm trying to locate an exact replacement for this patio door latch, but can't seem to locate it online. Do you carry this part or maybe direct me as to where.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the latch shown in your photos. If you haven't already, I'd suggest reaching out to the door manufacturer directly.
