Patio door latch / handle

Hello , no markings to be found , the lever inside the handle has been worn out and doesn't work , it turns but doesn't stay in position to keep the latch closed. Thanks Ken
P.s. this is in a modular home built in 2000 the other windows were made by Philip's maybe the door was too.

Take a look at our 82-009A handle set with the same locking clamp as yours. See how the 4-15/16" hole spacing of our handle set compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
