Patio door latch plate

A home owner from Illinois says:
June 19, 2020
The spring is broken on my locking mechanism and cannot lock patio door.
In removing old assembly dropped inside the door. Need latch 3-1/2 by 1- 1/2
Looked at all my windows and there is no manufacturer label.
Can you help?
