Patio door lock

A home owner from Hopkinton, MA says:

Hi. I am looking for a replacement patio door lock for an Anderson glass patio door that was installed in 2001. The locking mechanism frequently gets jammed even after multiple attempts at fixing it by removing the internal lock from the door and using plenty of WD-40 on it.

The markings on it are: A/W 2573558 and 7700-14. It is 4 inches in length and a bit over 1 1/2 inches in width. The bottom of the lock has a button that gets pushed in by a small pin that sticks out on the door jamb.

Any help in figuring out how to replace this part would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Katherine

Thanks for writing in. See our 82-037 Andersen Deadlock Assembly. Go over the dimensions and see if this matches what you need.
