Hello, Cindy. I'm afraid that information doesn't tell me what lock your door used. It looks like whatever it was, it was generic. I don't suppose you still have the lock on hand so we can see it? If not, can you at least tell me the size of the hole where it installs?

A quick learner from Texas says:
3 15/16 the screws in the lock

Thanks! We don't have a mortise with those exact dimensions, unfortunately, but we have two that come close: our 82-211 and 82-214. They both have a hole center spacing of 3-7/8", which is only 1/16" off from your given measurement. They also have a few other dimensions to consider, too, which may help you pick between them.

Please understand that I can't guarantee that these will work for you, I just think they're worth considering, given the hole spacing in your door. Ultimately, without the original to use as a reference, there's no way for us to know with 100% certainty what went in there.
