Patio door lock

A quick learner from Green Bay, WI says:
Added a sliding patio door to an out building that has no outside lock.
need to replace with keyed lock. Existing handle has 4" centers. I think 82-261 may work but looks like the picture shows inside handle faces left. Might not clear?

The 82-261 is a surface mount handle set, meaning the lock is built into the handle. You need something that will interact with your door's internal mortise lock, which appears to be something like our 82-226. See our 82-035 Handle Set. Now this set doesn't come with a key lock built-in, but you can adapt our 82-315 Key Lock & Housing to the outside pull. The video below shows how.
