Patio door lock

Hi-I am looking for a replacement latch that would match this lock set. As you can see the cam is offset and the normal replacement latches only come with straight pieces that don't work with the door. I need to know if you guys can find a replacement latch with the offset cam?

This looks a lot like our 82-008, but our handle set does not feature that offset latch. Is there any way you could adjust the keeper on your door to make up the difference?
