Patio door lock

A quick learner says:
i,
We have a Patio door with an openable door. The top latch is broken and the door doesn't close tight enough so the outside air comes right through. Sometimes the bottom latch doesn't catch so even if the back door is locked it doesn't stop the doors from still opening. I have attached pictures of the locking mechanism. Need help to identify a replacement part for this.

Please let me know if you need additional info.

Looking at your photos, it seems you need a flush bolt for your inactive door. We carry the 42-006 flush bolt, but I don't think you could adapt it to your door. My recommendation is to check with a locksmith in your area to see if they have some thing that would work for this application.
