Patio door lock

Question

I have a patio slider door six feet tall by five feet wide. The brand is Jeld-Wen. I would like to be able to lock the door and open with a key from the outside. Currently it is just a latching door that can lock and open from the inside. Photos attached. What can I buy to accomplish this? Photos attached of the existing lock.

Please start by reviewing the style of the 82-086 keyed handle set. This handle set has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
