Hey there. This looks a bit similar to the 82-082 Handle Set. Carefully compare and see if you think this would work for you.

Just curious, do you have this same part, but with the ability to unlock from the outside with a key?

The 82-306 Keyed Outside pull is compatible with this handle set. Check it out and see what you think.
