Patio door lock replacement

Hello, i?m really not sure what I need to purchase. Any help would be greatly appreciated! No key for the lock (i?m not sure if the mechanism inside where the lever was, is broken so happy to replace that whole piece). The slit on the side of the door is 4 1/4?.

This looks like Andersen hardware, in which the 82-043 Thumb Latch, the 88-019 and 88-020 Pulls, and the 82-037 Deadlock Assembly may be what you need. Go over the dimensions of the 82-037 Deadlock just to confirm it would fit your door.
