Patio door lock replacement

Silensia 700 series patio door. I can't find a replacement lock.  The lock has a collar trim riveted to it. The trim screws into the door fitting into an oval opening 
Lock description: 45° keyway, ¾" faceplate width, lock is 4" long, but the  faceplate is 4½" long. The lock has 0399 imprinted on it  
Approx. 3 5/8 " handle mounting hole centers, 11/16" width opening for lock in door
