Patio door locker

Question

Hi,
I am trying to replace the patio door locker because it's not working anymore. I can't find the door serial number or model, have been looking at many hardware stores and it is hard to find a match. The house is built at 1962, believe that the door belongs to that period. Size of the door is 30"W x 77"H. It's any chance that you might be able to know what locker I should buy?
