I need a patio door handle the mortise is 71/8" high3/4" wide with a 3/4"x3/4" mortise on edge of door

Based on your dimensions, I believe you can use our 82-002 (or 82-002K, which has a key) as a replacement for your old lockset. Look it over and let me know what you think!
