Hello,
Attached is the picture of the interior door handle that broke. The measurement between the 2 screws are 4inches.

Screw hole distance is approximately 3 15/16

Thanks for posting. We don't carry this exact style of handle set, but handle sets with that same hole spacing like our 82-030, 82-020 or 82-033 will work as substitutes. Note that this kind of damage to the inside pull might be indicative of a track or rollers that need maintenance. See the guides on this page for details.

Bob, thank you for your response. Greatly appreciate it!!! And you are absolutely correct, the track/roller is in need of attention but we have no idea what needs to be done. Can you give me further guidance on what is needed to fix the track/roller?

Sure! First, it's good to make sure the track and rollers aren't simply being bogged down by dirt and debris from the outside--if that's the case, a good clean should get the door running smoothly again.

If that doesn't help, there's a good chance either or both the rollers and track need to be replaced. To replace the rollers, you'll need to remove them from the door and send us photos. See the videos listed on this page that detail how to replace sliding glass door rollers, as well as how to identify replacements.

For the track, if it seems very damaged, sending us photos of it first would be best before deciding what to do. You may need to replace the track; we also sell a track cover that might do the trick.

See the videos on this page, as well as the guide below, that goes into sliding glass door upkeep. Let me know if you have further questions!
