The handle broke and the mechanism thrown out.
As you can see the latch strike is on the outside of the door frame (is that surface mounted?). Not the center.
The door is white. The handle could be white or black.
Your help is appreciated.

It's tough to say without seeing the original handle, but we'll try our best. Could you write out the installation hole center spacing for your handle? Could we also see your mortise lock as well?
