Patio door roller

Hi,

This is a roller for an old aluminium patio door.

Any help identifying the replacement much appreciated.

Width of flanges at top is about 19mm and it fits to the door using a screw at the very top. This screw also holds the side of the frame to the bottom of the frame! The wheel height needs to be about 42mm adjustable!
