Patio door roller

I have Jeld-wen sliding patio doors, installed in 2011. They no longer have parts for these doors and I need new rollers. The door serial number is 00310620155163. They told me the part number for the rollers is 731400. I don't have a picture, rather inconvenient to take those big doors down and do that, but I may have to. Would you have a replacement part for these doors?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, this information doesn't help us identify your roller. I'm sorry to say that the only way we can help is if we see photos of a complete roller assembly removed from the door along with written-out dimensions.
