Cleaned and attempted to reinstall the old patio door rollers - still having issues - so decided to replace them both. Diameter - 5/8" Height - 1 1/16" Wheel size - 1" - double metal wheel.

Thanks for writing in! Your patio door roller reminds me of the 81-056 Patio Sliding Glass Door Roller. To confirm that this is the right replacement, carefully look over the dimensions.

Be sure to select the 1" option, if the dimensions are a match.

Our patio door is about 18 years old - do you recommend putting a track cover on as well - such as:

It may benefit you to add the track cover, especially if you've found any significant damage to the track. If there is, you'll need to be sure to pack out any dents to prevent the track cover from becoming damaged in those spots.
