Patio door roller replacement

I'm inquiring about ordering parts, but do not know how to measure the rollers.
I sent photos with a ruler in the picture for scale. If you can give me an idea of what parts I need, it would be very appreciated.

Or the much more common 81-157.
Does it have a screw hole on top?
