Patio door roller wheel groove depth

Question

Is there a difference in the depth of the groove in the wheels between 81-087, 81-056 and 81-095? We ordered the 81-056 but it seems to not sit down on the track enough. It seems like it would

All patio door wheels are basically made with the same groove depth. Maybe you need to adjust the wheel so that your door sits lower in the track. Take a look at the video below, this may help.
