Patio door rollers

It seems like the minimum height on these rollers is 1" and 3/8
I had trouble getting the door out. The roller was hitting the track. Can I get a smaller minimum height. I tried a 1" 1/2 minimum height and it was way to big could not get door back in. Your site is great!
