It's for a aluminum framed 79-1/2 x 49 slidingpatio door,no markings or numbers I could find. Installation date of the original patio doors is believed to be 1963

We have two rollers that may work for you, the 81-041 and the 81-260. See if either of these will work on your patio door. Also look at the 81-236 and axle set 81-310. You could potentially reuse your original hosing and just replace the wheel, if you think that'd be easier.
