Sliding glass patio door dates to 1966. Original rollers are all-steel and door weighs at least about 100lbs.
Wheel outer diameter = 1.25"
Wheel thickness = 0.3"
Wheel bearing diameter = 0.6"
Frame width appears to be 3/4" to 7/8" (not directly measured - see photo 05)
Vertical distance from mounting screw center to adjustment screw center is about 9/16" to 5/8".

A couple additional photos are attached. If you think the wheel may be replaceable and that it would be the best option in this situation, I am certainly open to that.

Thank you, Emily. That product is very close to what I have. Wheel diameter is off a little, but may still work. I will check a little more carefully to see if anything you have is closer, and then buy. If these work well I will notify the neighbors, many of whom have the same sliders from the late 1960's and could probably use replacement. -Matt
