Patio door strike

Hello I need one of these sliding patio door strikes. It is 4 1/4" tip to tip, white painted metal. Please let me know if it is available and my price.

I've actually never seen a keeper like this before. It somewhat reminds me of our 89-021D. Could you possibly use this as a replacement?
