Patio door total lock replacement

Question

I need a total lock and handles for this door i can't find any name or number on the door. Just the 45/92 on the lock itself. It was a 3 way lock I just want to go to a single bolt lock. Let me know if you can be of assistence in this matter. Total height face plate 9" Width of face plate 1.75" handle length 4.75" screw to screw 7.75".
