Patio door track

Question

We need to replace the track for our glass patio door. The plastic on track is broken. We found replacement rollers. Most tracks are only 1inch wide. We need a track 1 5/8 wide, centered. And 9/16 high. Any suggestions

We only sell one type of patio glass door track, which is our 80-106. This is unfortunately only 15/16" wide, but that shouldn't matter too much. The reason they make these smaller now is so that you can adjust them to whatever position they need to work best. That makes this a much more flexible piece of hardware that can work in a larger variety of different doors. You just need to align the rail to the same position as the original before you install.

Our track is also only 5/16" tall, not 9/16" like your original, but you should be able to shim it up to make up the difference. I like to use wood.
