Patio door track replacement

Quick Learner

I have a sticky patio door. Taking the door out and cleaning all parts and rollers I have discovered I am at the end of my height adjustment. The track does not seem to be worn (measured ends and mid point and all at 0.37"). The bearings in the rollers have very little slop. Ideas for a fix?

Hello,

Thank you for your patience over the holiday weekend. Based on your description, it sounds like your roller wheel may need to be lubricated. You could try using some WD-40 to see if that improves the functionality of the door. If not, then the rollers are most likely due to be replaced. We may be able to help but we would need to see photos of your roller completely uninstalled, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
