Patio door weatherstripping

I'm looking for weatherstripping to replace on the bottom of a sliding patio door. I believe the door was made by Ply Gem. The sticker from the door is in the photos uploaded.

Thanks for posting. It looks like this seal mounts with a kerf. None of our wool piles mount this way, but see the 58-053 Bubble Seal. Review the dimensions and see if you think this could work as a substitute.
