This is an aluminum patio door that is approximately 50 years old. There are no identifying markers on this part.

There is a good chance we sell this roller, but your photos here only show us the interior portion of a complete assembly. The exterior housing appears to be missing, but it's an essential detail. It's probably still in the door. Can you please show me a photo of the entire roller assembly together?

The first picture shows the entire unit that was pulled out of the door. There are no additional pieces or housing remaining in the door.

Your roller definitely has an external housing. It wouldn't function properly otherwise. If it's missing and not in your door at all, then we have no means by which we can identify a match. I highly recommend triple checking just to be sure.
