Patio door with lever lock

A quick learner from San Carlos says:

Hello, the attached photos show my lock. The deadbolt works but the level lock does not open. The strike will not actuate. The lock mechanism is about 10" from screw to screw. The edge of the lock mechanism is stamped "G-U". Is there a Swisco replacment?
