Patio door won't lock

Question

I need help with my patio rolling door.
I sent photos. This metal latch installed on another side of door frame is 4 inches in height.
The distance between hole centers is 5 inches.
Total height of wooden handle is 10 inches.
This inside metal piece is 6 inches in height
Do you need to see picture of this handle.

You might need a new mortise lock like our 82-227. A good way to test this is to remove the handle entirely and try to manually throw the mortise lock with a screwdriver. If it still doesn't turn, then that's the part that needs to be replaced.
