Patio exterior handle replacement

This swisco handle that I have is 6". Will the 7 3/8" handle work for a replacement. 82-042

Hello,

The overall length of any handle is actually inconsequential. The most important detail to consider would be the distance between the mounting holes. Take a look at the diagram below and see if the 3-15/16" or 4-15/16" mounting hole spacing of the 82-042 outside pull could work for you. Thank you!
