Your weatherstripping is a bit worn so it's hard to tell, but this reminds me of our 58-181. Compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches what you need.

This does look similar to our 58-181 Pella push-in bulb weatherseal, but you'll need to look over our dimensions and compare them to your original seal to confirm.
