Thanks for posting. This looks like the 81-007 Roller. Please compare and see if you concur.

The wheel is too small and there are no tangs on the outboard side to lock it into place in the frame.

I see what you mean. The 81-032B might be better. The wheel on this is 1-1/4" diameter, still smaller than what you report, but that's close enough that adjusting the roller should make up the difference.
