I have Wetershield vision 3000 patio doors with 4" center on hardware. Any suggestions?

Sure, I believe you can use our 82-035 to replace your original. We also sell the 82-030 if you wanted a more modern style. They should be perfectly compatible with your door.

Great suggestion but my screw tip centers are 3 7/8 . Any suggestions

I would triple check that just to be sure. Your handle hole spacing is almost certainly 3-15/16". That's a pretty standard size for this style door. I actually can't think of any handle that was ever made with 3-7/8". We definitely don't have any.
