Thanks for posting. I think this should prove to be a good choice. The 82-086 has the same 3-15/16" hole spacing that I believe your handle set possesses, and the thumb lever is in a fixed offset position. While we typically see the thumb lever towards the bottom mounting screw, the handle set can simply be flipped to accommodate the upper offset position your set up has.
