Hello there. The design, with those characteristic notches on the bottom of the housing, reminds me a lot of our 81-294. One issue is the 81-294 has a rear screw tab that your roller seems to lack, unless this was damaged and the tab was torn off. See if the dimensions listed below match what you have, and confirm the status of the tab on another roller from this door if possible.
